HOME BUYER REPORT
In order to reach a decision on whether or not to proceed on a purchase of a residential property, it is advisable to have a survey and valuation carried out. It may be that you are having a Mortgage Valuation carried out, however this is prepared only for the lender, and therefore should not be relied upon by any purchaser.
Building Surveys (formally known as Structural Surveys) are suitable for all residential and commercial property. It is advisable to have a Building Survey if the property which you are considering buying is of unusual construction, has perhaps been extended or altered or where a major extension or renovation is planned.
We undertake all types of residential property valuations include the following: Help To Buy Valuations, Inheritance Tax and Probate Valuations, Matrimonial and Divorce Valuations, Mortgage Lending and Capital Gains Tax. We also provide Commercial Valuations for the purposes of Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, etc.
EXPERT WITNESS REPORT
Disputes sometimes arise in respect of a variety of areas including Valuation of residential or commercial property for matrimonial proceedings or, quality of building work, building costs, dilapidations, specifications & project management, Landlord and Tenant issues, where an Expert Witness Report may be required.
